❤︎ DO Ask for updates! I will update you myself, however feel free to ask whenever ! (sometimes I can forget due to memory issues and being busy, sorry!)

❤︎ DO ask for changes where needed! If you want something to be adjusted, let me know!

❤︎ Please DO be kind and respectful! If you have an issue, just let me know! Refer to REFUNDS if needed.

X DO NOT ask for something that is on my commissions blacklist.

X DO NOT rush me! Art takes time, you will be informed of the wait time & any delays. If you want the commission done by a specific date, feel free to ask! It may cost you extra to put your commission at the front of the queue.

X DO NOT be rude or unkind.

X DO NOT automatically assume I will take your commission if they are open! I can accept & deny any request.

X Do not panic if I take a day or two to respond! I am a very busy person and may miss / forget to respond - I promise I haven't ghosted you! Feel free to dm me again if I havent responded in a day.

X Please do not contact me after the commission is complete unless you are a friend or inquiring about another order! You are paying for my services, our interaction is transactional.

X DO NOT ask for the piece to be completely changed if it's at the lineart phase - It will cost you extra for it to be changed to compensate me for the amount of time I have already spent on it.

X DO NOT repost / use the art without credit!

X DO NOT Trace the commission!

X DO NOT remove any watermarks!

If the sketch has already been completed, you will recieve a 70% refund.

If the lineart has been completed, you will get a 50% refund.

If it is past the lineart stage, You will not be refunded. This is because the artwork is finished or mostly finished, and I need compensation for the time & effort it took!

If I need to cancel the commission and refund you, if you choose not to accept the refund I will not finish the commission. I am cancelling for a reason! IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR REFUND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR COMPENSATED.

DO NOT force me into a commission by paying the price for an order we have not agreed on! (Refer to Payments)

The amount you are refunded depends on the time and effort I have already put into the artwork before the cancellation! People have taken advantage of my refunds system to get free art in the past :<

I take payment upfront! This is to protect my art from being stolen & my time being wasted from ghosting (intentionally or not). I cannot take your word for it if you claim to be trustworthy! I have been taken advantage of too many times:( In some circumstances I may take half payment first and half after if it is a large/pricey order.

DO NOT force me into a commission by paying the price for an order we have not agreed on! (e.g paying the price of 2 commissions despite us only agreeing on 1 and expecting me to complete 2). If you do this I will cancel the commission, or only do the order we agreed on. IT IS YOUR FAULT IF YOU INTENTIONALLY OVERPAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR IT. (Yes, this sadly happens..)

Do not try to haggle for a lower price! It's very disrespectful, as the price depends on the amount of time, skill & effort put into it. If you cannot afford what you want yet, feel free to order a lower priced commission or ask to be put in the queue for the next wave of orders when commissions are open again<3

Do not ask for free art!
